General Manager of the Business Cyber Centre (BCC), a purpose-built hub supporting cyber, defence and technology-led organisations to grow securely and sustainably. I lead its day-to-day operations, overseeing a small team responsible for delivering high-quality workspace, events and services while building a trusted, inclusive environment for our growing business community. My role spans commercial growth, customer experience, stakeholder engagement and partnership development, with a strong focus on resilience, quality and long-term value.

Before joining the BCC, I spent seven years as a business consultant and market analyst at Zenith Global, advising international food and drink businesses on strategy, market entry and commercial decision-making. Earlier in my career, I held roles across administration, fundraising, marketing, hospitality and retail - experience that continues to shape my practical, people-centred approach to leadership.
