A Dorset family business dedicated to helping organisations develop stronger leaders and healthier workplace cultures has been recognised at the 2026 Bournemouth Business Awards.

Aspirin Business Solutions, founded by Susannah Brade-Waring in 2004, has spent more than two decades supporting business owners, leaders, managers and HR professionals through practical leadership development, coaching and workplace performance programmes.

Now recognised as one of Dorset’s highest-rated training providers, with outstanding five-star client reviews, the family-run business has built a reputation for delivering people development that creates lasting impact for organisations across the UK and internationally.

The Bournemouth Business Awards judges praised the company’s family approach and the way each member of the business brings unique strengths to its success.

“At the heart of this business is a family whose unique strengths complement one another,” the judges said.

Founder and Managing Director Susannah Brade-Waring brings more than 20 years of leadership, HR and business development experience to the company.

Before launching Aspirin Business Solutions, she worked as Finance and HR Director for a technology SME, helping grow the business from start-up to more than £10 million turnover and through a successful management buyout.

That experience shaped her belief that business success is fundamentally about people – how leaders communicate, motivate and support teams under pressure.

Today, alongside supporting organisations with leadership and management development, Susannah accredits coaches and HR professionals internationally in the use of Motivational Maps®, an ISO-accredited motivation diagnostic tool. She is one of only seven Senior Practitioners globally.

Her husband, Heath Waring, joined the business more than a decade ago and plays a key role in client relationships, customer care and supporting organisations through their people development journey.

Their son, Kyle Brade-Waring, joined the business full-time in 2020 and has helped strengthen the company’s digital strategy, enabling the business to become more agile and efficient while maintaining the personal approach clients value.

Together, the family supports organisations through leadership programmes, coaching, facilitation and workplace development designed to help businesses build confident leaders, motivated teams and stronger workplace cultures.

Speaking about the award win, Susannah Brade-Waring said:

“Strong relationships are at the heart of what we do. They require a shared commitment to be a team, and a shared vision of what that looks like. They require work, constant adjustment, trust and mutual respect.

“That’s why winning this award means so much to us. It’s external recognition of something we hold so true – something that enables us to work as one team and focus on creating great experiences for our clients.”

Heath Waring added:

“Success for us has never been about becoming the biggest. It’s about making a genuine difference, helping organisations succeed and enjoying what we do along the way.”

Over the years, the business has successfully navigated economic uncertainty, Brexit, the pandemic and changing workplace demands, while continuing to focus on long-term client relationships and meaningful results.

Looking ahead, Aspirin Business Solutions plans to continue helping organisations develop stronger leaders, healthier workplace cultures and high-performing teams, while staying true to the family values that have shaped the business from the start. https://www.aspirinbusiness.com/
